• You are a Brigadier or up in FACP
• You are a retired ACP Legend (must be cleared with me unless your name is on the legends page [to be updated])
• You are a major army leader; for now there will not be any Co-Leaders until we get an idea of how many mods we have
• You are a retired Army Legend (Favedogrufus, etc. [must be cleared with Flappy2558])
• Any others must have permission from Flappy2558
