Club Penguin won’t shut down any site.

Someone in the FACP sent a letter to the FACP talking about the Famous Army of Club Penguin. Here’s the message:

Hello,

Thanks for letting us know about these penguins. Cheating is against the Club Penguin rules, and will be dealt with accordingly.

As for the Club Penguin armies, they have quite a good amount of penguins. If I remember correctly, they meet in the Snow Forts for snowball fights. Good luck recruiting troops for your army \’the Famous Army of Club Penguin\’.

If you have any other questions or concerns for us, be sure to write in again.

Club Penguin Support

It is implied that the Club Penguin Staff will not go to third-party sites, and more importantly – won’t shut it down. They will only ban penguins if they catch them cheating and using bots. So to any FACP members worried that the Nachos will shut down the site – don’t worry. The person who sent the message tells me that he included the link to the FACP website. And the staff member made no implication that she went to the site.

      dont worry they cant ban you unless they see you doing it on cp. if they dont see you on cp hacking, then they dont shut down anything. and they dont interfere with 3rd party websites. so they wont shut us down. All Nahcos and UMA can do is throw snowballs :roll:
